This immersion accesses our ancestral memories, reawakening our elemental being and rewilding our spirits into remembering our sacred connection with life.

Can you hear the ancient song stirring in your bones. Deep within your cellular memory lies a wisdom older than time - a primal knowing that pulses with the heartbeat of the Earth herself.
This is a sacred invitation to embark on a transformative journey where your voice becomes the gateway to profound personal empowerment and spiritual awakening.
In this sacred circle, we come together not merely to sing, but to awaken the primordial song that resides deep within our souls — a song that links us to the Earth, the Fire, the Water, the Air, and Spirit. We remember who we are. We reclaim our inherent power as women, nurturing the earth beneath our feet and the Sacred Fire that burns within. Through song, ritual, somatic practices, and connection to the elements, we will rewild our spirits and rise into the fullness of who we were born to be.

A Pilgrimage
THE OFFERING
This 5-month journey will be an exploration of the elements through voice, ritual, and connection. Each month, we will dive deeply into one of the elements, embodying its qualities, learning songs and cultivating practices to bring its energy into our everyday lives.

Initial Online Gathering: We begin with an opening Zoom ceremony to prepare for our first element and set our intentions for the journey.

WhatsApp Group: A digital hearth where we will share tools and practices to journey with; including a song for the month's element, meditations, rituals and somatic practices. This will become a supportive sisterhood, where we reflect, share, witness and uplift one another.

Monthly In-Person Gatherings around the Sacred Fire just outside of Lewes in East Sussex: Four intimate, soul-nourishing sessions, gathered around the Sacred Fire, where we sing, learn, share, and deepen our connection to each elements.

Celebration of Life: Ether ~ the fifth element, an in-person closing celebration, where we honour our journey through the four elements.

This elemental journey is designed to empower women through the art of singing, ritual, crafting, connection with nature, the Sacred Fire, circle and personal growth. Each month, we will journey through a different element, learn a corresponding song, and explore the essence of each element experientially.
