Fire & Cacao Ceremony

Midsummer, the longest day of the year, a beautiful time of celebration on the earth wheel, and a time to welcome in your passion, power and creativity under the solstice sun.

Summer Solstice provides a beautiful moment to reflect; a time to shine the light and reassess where we are, and where we want to be.  Have we got to where we hoped to by now, and if not, do we need to readjust our goals or change tack?  We are reminded to make the most of our days as the nights will begin to get shorter, and have the perfect opportunity to sow new seeds…

For centuries ancient tribes have considered cacao a sacred plant with healing properties; it was used in ceremonial settings to heal the mental, physical, and spiritual bodies.  In an evening of celebration, we will meet around the fire and harness the energies of the solstice sun and the spirit of cacao, exchange songs, stories and poems and manifest what we wish to plant on earth and in our soul.

You are invited to bring:

• An intention for the ceremony (are there any ideas or projects that you want to bring to fruition and amplify with the power of the cacao & fire?)
• A song, poem or story to share around the fire (or just your quiet self & an open heart and mind) - whatever feels good to you
