WELCOME SISTER!
Womenās Wednesdays emerged as a space to come together and honour the beautiful work of my many talented and brilliant sisters, and the divine feminine as an embodiment of heart-centred living.
When she rises, we all riseā¦
Held by the Fire and water in magical natural surroundings, we connect our hearts, minds and voices.Ā By bringing forth our own unique offerings, we inspire each other, and in this way, inspire a shift in our own families and wider communities.Ā The Vida Sana is hosting different visionary women over the months to come and share their gifts around the Sacred Fire so that we can learn from each other to expand, step up and have the courage to bring forth our own gifts.Ā
The Womenās Wednesdayās series will offer song, story, heart and good medicine for the Spirt around the Sacred Fire.
This month we will be hosting the beautiful and talented Amy Spencer; songstress, artist and creatrix who will be sharing the medicine of voice and song around the fire.Ā Amyās work and passion is the art of weaving ceremony, soundscapes, connecting to plant teachers & embodying creativity through her artistry as a tattooist.Ā Her gifts come through to activate & catalyse transformation to free the voice creating newfound flows of expression.Ā This powerful work lets us unveil our unique soul song together to co-create celebrate & uplift all of life.
When we each bring our own unique gifts to life we create a harmonic symphony.
We will begin our evening of Song and Fire by opening space together followed by a short, guided visualisation of voice retrieval and connection.Ā We will enjoy somatic practices, vocal toning and mantra, and always allowing for the emergence of mystery, before traversing landscapes of song and heart.
We look forward to welcoming you around the Sacred š„Fire to sing, share, support, uplift and nurture our spirits in a magical, intimate and enlivening evening of profound connection.
