Aykanna’s presence here in Sussex is a true blessing  — and a personal joy for us at The Vida Sana. It’s a privilege to host our long-time friends as they journey from Costa Rica, where their music and message continue to ripple through conscious communities around the world. Aykanna — Akah and Pauline — are not just musicians, they are sound healers, spiritual teachers, and long-time practitioners of Kundalini Yoga and sacred music.

With backgrounds in the mainstream music scenes of New York and London (Billboard acclaim and Grammy nominations included), they walked away from the spotlight to walk the path of devotion, family, and healing.

Their music is medicine — designed to awaken the heart, calm the mind, and restore the soul.
