November Women's Fire 🔥 Circle - Community & Cacao

Never has there been a greater need for connection to nature, community, our own hearts and to each other.

Come join under the stars, around the fire 🔥 and create a moment out of the ordinary to enjoy the sweet weaving of a community of like-hearted, open-minded women in beautiful surroundings.  Take this time for yourself and find a place to share, listen to your heart, connect with nature and nourish your spirit with the fire.  

Each circle is unique and informed by the moment; we may celebrate different themes or cycles of the moon, listening to the call of whatever needs to arise, whether it be words, stories, songs or silence, we will welcome it all together - we all bring the medicine and we all create the circle.  This month we will enjoy the heart opening properties of Cacao.

An Indigenous myth tells us whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, cacao comes from the rain-forest to open people's hearts and return the planet to harmony.  

Cacao is a wonderful plant ally.  For centuries indigenous peoples have considered cacao a Sacred Plant with healing properties used in ceremonial settings to heal the mental, physical, and spiritual bodies.  Cacao is full of vitamins and minerals that are great for cardiovascular health and renowned for releasing dopamine and endorphins in the body.  Cacao also helps to balance blood sugar levels, create more blood flow to the brain and helps to strengthen our awareness and focus. It is naturally packed with Theobromine which boosts our energy, and is said to enhance creativity, insight, as well as deep meditation.

Cacao is described as a heart-centred energy because it significantly increases blood flow and generates an expansive feeling.  Ceremonies are rooted in helping to rebalance the energies within us, and restore good health, however unlike other plant medicines, Cacao doesn’t take you on a journey, it has a very subtle energy and will gently support you wherever you are at.  

Join around the fire in this ever-deepening journey of the heart enjoying shared values based upon mutual authenticity, respect, open listening, joy and kindness......
