Solstice threshold: A Journey of renewal & restoration

We’ll awaken the pleasure of being in our bodies, the sweetness of emotion and the art of presence. From there we will activate the golden fire of confidence, will, and inspired action. Together, we will honour endings, releasing what no longer serves to invite in new beginnings and prepare the way for sowing seeds in Spring. We will dance between the contrast of light and shadow, thorn and petal, our beautiful teachers in life’s grand design.

Practices include

• Gentle Kundalini movement & breath work activation

• Mantra & soundscape for integration

• Plant allies from these lands and ceremonial cacao

• Ritual & ceremony 

• Shared feast to complete the circle
