The Heart(h) ~ Women’s Wisdom Wednesdays

THE INVITATION

The Heart(h) is a women-only gathering for those who sense there is more to life than constant doing, managing, and holding it all together, and who feel the quiet pull toward more connected, authentic living.

At the centre of this circle is a simple knowing; every woman carries a deep inner wisdom and creative spark that becomes available when she remembers who she truly is and returns to her essence.

THE SPACE WE CO-CREATE

Held in a cosy yurt near Lewes, we gather to connect, share wisdom, explore tried and tested practices, enjoy simple ritual, and nourish our spirits in a warm, attentive, and non-judgemental space.

Each gathering is informed by the unique alchemy of the moment. This is a space beyond everyday chatter, a place for honest, grounded conversation and real presence.

OUR CIRCLE

Each gathering may include:

• Grounding and arrival through silence, breath, or stillness

• A simple opening ritual (fire, prayer, tea, or cacao)

• Gentle embodied practice (kundalini, breath, or meditation)

• Circle sharing and reflective dialogue

• Guided insight or gentle coaching offered when it serves the whole

• Sound, silence, or integration to settle what’s moved

We are here to listen, not to fix.

Nothing is forced.

Everything is invitational.

THIS CIRCLE IS FOR YOU IF:

• You long for more ease, flow, and meaning in your life

• You sense there is “something more” than the daily grind

• You value presence over performance

• You want grounded practices that will genuinely support you in life

• You are curious, open-hearted, and willing to grow

You don’t need prior experience, only a willingness to arrive exactly as you are.

IT MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF:

• You are looking for a quick fix or passive experience

• You are unwilling to listen, reflect, or be gently challenged

• You prefer to stay in familiar patterns without inquiry

There is no judgement, only an invitation to come when the timing feels right.

• Exchange: £20 (£15 concession)
