THE RETREAT
The ceremonial retreat will take place from the 31st May to the 2nd June 2024 in the heart of the Ashdown Forest in Sussex. A place to breathe, let go and disconnect from the mundane in a journey of heart unfolding, reconnecting with self and the natural world.
In a safe and held space, we will journey with our plant teachers to receive their wisdom, to remember our gifts and who we were born to be so we can step fully into our power in the here and now.

THE OFFERING
This Ceremonial retreat offers us a moment of spaciousness, opening up the possibility to restore and release, creating expanse for greater clarity and wisdom.
Through working with teacher plants, ancient indigenous healing modalities, modern understandings of psychology, wellbeing power of nature, and heart-to-heart connection whilst being held and witnessed by a trusted community, many experience deeply transcendental experiences and insights that change their life for ever.
By the end of this retreat, you will have profoundly nourished your mind, body and spirit, releasing old stories that have kept you stuck. You will experience a profound sense of joy, connection, and wellbeing.
You will return fully empowered, standing in your truth and ready to embody your gifts to create the life your love, living in flow, active and radiant in the here and now.

Fabulous glamping in 4 delightfully converted trucks and 4 furnished bell tents with a mix of double beds and single beds

Each unit has been lovingly hand crafted using upcycled materials

All units have a wood burner and bedding provided (each unit has its own unique attributes so please check specific details.)

Surrounded by ancient woodland is the Wild Spa area with traditional wood fired barrel Sauna and thermal rich hot tub, Healing mineral bath and Ice Barrel.

THE PREPARATION
The Ceremony begins once you commit to it. It is possible that things may start to come up for you; triggers and insights may surprise you. Bear witness to what comes up and know that you are in process.
In preparation it is a good idea to start to consider what you would like to achieve through this Ceremony Retreat. Are there any areas in your life where you feel blocked? Where you need guidance? Where you seek healing? Where you need inspiration?
If you can, a healthy diet is advised as it will allow you to really take advantage of this special opportunity for well-being. We are happy to offer guidance on this. On the day of Ceremony, we will fast during the day in order to be able to drop into this work in a good way and receive the maximum benefit from our plant allies.
We recommend that leading up to the retreat that you are mindful of what you consume. Not only with regards to diet and alcohol, but what you are reading, watching and ingesting, and who and how you are spending your time - this is a good life practice outside of Ceremony!

The exchange for this event is £888.

In order to confirm your space, please make a £444 deposit, the remaining balance is due before 26th April.
